Most cleaning companies quote a low base rate that only covers the bare minimum—like basic sweeping, mopping, and dusting—and then tack on heavy fees for everything else. With SimpliNASH, we make it simple. Our standard residential and commercial cleans automatically include the detailed services that "the other guys" charge extra for. If you request it, deep-cleaning tasks such as interior fridge, stove, and cabinet cleanings are included in your standard service at no additional cost.
3. Transparent, No-Surprise Billing
We believe in honest partnerships. The only time you will ever see an additional charge is if a space requires extreme, specialized restoration cleaning well outside of normal conditions. Other than that, what we quote is what you pay.

We understand that life happens. We politely request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes so we can adjust our team's routing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
Your peace of mind is our top priority. If you are ever less than completely satisfied with any aspect of our service, simply notify us within 24 hours. We will return to reclean the area immediately at no additional cost to you. We take your satisfaction seriously—and we stand behind our work.

Quality Promise
Not at all! We arrive fully equipped with premium, professional-grade cleaning supplies and top-tier equipment. If you have a specific, specialty product you prefer we use on a certain surface, just let us know and we will happily accommodate.

Do I need to be present?

To ensure the safety of our technicians, we do not handle biohazards (such as mold or hoarding situations), heavy lifting of furniture over 25 lbs, or outdoor window cleaning above the first floor. If you have a specific area of concern, just ask and we will let you know what we can do!"
How do you vet and train your team?

Your security is our top priority. Every member of the SimpliNASH team undergoes a rigorous background check, vetting process, and comprehensive training program to ensure they meet our strict standards for integrity and detail-oriented cleaning.
Do I have to provide supplies?

No, you do not need to be present. Many of our clients provide us with a key or entry code so they can go about their day undisturbed. However, if your schedule allows, we highly recommend being present toward the end of the appointment. This allows us to conduct a joint post-cleaning walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our high standards and your complete satisfaction before we leave.
