By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Scheduling & Information Accuracy

1.1 Booking & Availability All service bookings made via our online platform, email, or telephone are subject to availability and formal confirmation by SimpliNASH Cleaning Co.

1.2 Accuracy of Information You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details regarding the size, condition, and specific requirements of your property during the booking process. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, extend service times, or decline service if the actual property condition differs significantly from the description provided.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Lockout Policies To efficiently serve the Nashville community and respect our providers' time, we enforce a strict scheduling and cancellation policy.

2.1 Notice Required We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.

2.2 Trip Fee A $75.00 trip fee is collected at the time of booking. This fee is fully applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. However, if a service is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, this trip fee becomes strictly non-refundable. This fee compensates our team for lost time and travel expenses if we cannot access the property or connect with you.

2.3 Late Cancellation Fee Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service window may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $75.00 or up to 50% of the total service cost, whichever is greater.

2.4 Lockout Policy If our cleaning team arrives and cannot gain access to the property, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you for up to 15 minutes. If access cannot be secured within this timeframe, the appointment will be deemed a lockout, treated as a late cancellation, and billed accordingly.

3. Payments & Billing

3.1 Service Rates Rates are determined during the booking process based on the information provided. Rates are subject to change; however, any rate adjustments will be communicated to you with advance notice.

3.2 Payment Authorization By providing a credit card or other payment method, you authorize SimpliNASH Cleaning Co. (a division of Linen & Brooms, LLC) to charge all fees incurred, including standard service fees, applicable taxes, and any cancellation or lockout fees.

3.3 Billing Schedule Payments are securely processed upon the successful completion of the scheduled service or according to the payment timeline agreed upon during the booking process.

4. Customer Responsibilities & Property Access To ensure the highest quality of service, we request that clients provide a safe and cooperative working environment. Property Access: You must provide clear entry instructions (e.g., door codes, lockbox keys, or being present to grant entry) prior to your scheduled service window. Utilities: The property must have fully functional electricity, running water, and climate control (heating/air conditioning) at the time of service. Safety & Security: Please secure all fragile, high-value, or irreplaceable items, as well as firearms, ammunition, or hazardous materials prior to our team's arrival. Pet Policy: For the safety of your pets and our staff, please secure any aggressive, highly anxious, or untamed animals before our team arrives.

5. Service Guarantee & Damage Policy

5.1 24-Hour Clean Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with any area of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge. Please note that we do not issue monetary or cash refunds.

5.2 Accidents & Liability Linen & Brooms, LLC is fully bonded and insured, and our teams treat your home with the utmost care. In the rare event that damage occurs as a direct result of our services, it must be reported within 24 hours of completion. We will promptly investigate and, where liable, arrange for repair or replacement. We are not liable for damage resulting from: Pre-existing wear and tear. Unstable or faulty installations (e.g., loose shelving, improperly hung artwork/mirrors). Delicate or high-value items not disclosed to us prior to the service.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of your relationship with SimpliNASH Cleaning Co. (a division of Linen & Brooms, LLC) shall be governed by, evaluated, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings must be filed exclusively in the courts of Davidson County, Nashville, TN.

7. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of any changes constitutes explicit acceptance of those revisions.
