Company Policies

1. Satisfaction Guarantee & Quality Control

  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your service completion. We will return to address any missed areas as soon as possible at no additional charge.

  • No Long-Term Contracts: We do not require contracts or a minimum commitment. Our priority is consistently delivering the highest standard of clean to earn your ongoing business.

  • Photo Documentation: As part of our standard quality control process, our team takes before-and-after photographs of certain areas. If you prefer to opt out of this practice, please notify us prior to your scheduled cleaning.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Utilities

  • 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Because our team’s schedule is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your service date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This fee directly compensates our staff for the lost time slot.

  • Utility Requirements: Water, electricity, and air conditioning must be active and functioning during the service. If utilities are unavailable when our team arrives, the service will be canceled, and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

  • Arrival Window: To maintain our daily schedule for all clients, our cleaners can wait no longer than 20 minutes for access to the property. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered a lockout and subject to the cancellation fee.

3. Parking Policy

  • Paid Parking & Fees: If paid parking is required to access your property, please notify us before your appointment date. If you do not notify us and paid parking is required, the total cost of parking will be added to your final invoice.

  • Parking Violations: If proper parking accommodation or payment is not provided and our team receives a parking citation, the cost of the ticket will be billed directly to the customer.

4. Service Limitations & Safety Exclusions

To ensure the safety of our staff and comply with our insurance policies, we do not clean or provide the following services:

  • Heights: Any area out of normal arm's reach. While we utilize extension dusters for high fixtures, our team is strictly prohibited from climbing ladders or stools.

  • Hazardous Materials: Biological waste, including animal or human waste, mold, and hoarding/severe clutter cleanup.

  • Deep Carpet Treatments: Chemical carpet treatments or shampooing (standard vacuuming is included).

  • Heavy Lifting: Moving or lifting heavy furniture or appliances.

  • Pre-Damaged Areas: Items or surfaces with noticeable pre-existing damage.

6. Move-In / Move-Out Cleans

  • Cabinets & Drawers: All cabinets, drawers, and closets must be completely empty prior to our arrival in order to be cleaned.
